4ouncesthin Buddig beef, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces2 packages
4green onionssliced thin, green parts only
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded
1/2 - 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1/2 - 1teaspoonhot sauceoptional
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoonseasoned salt
fresh ground black pepperto taste
Instructions
To a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and pepper. Mix until well combined with a hand mixer (or use a stand mixer, if you'd like).
Next, add the chopped beef, sliced green onions and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well with a spatula.
Form into a ball, serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. I like to chill the cheeseball at least 4 hours before serving to help the flavors meld. Serve with your favorite crackers.
